Skip the courthouse. Get the deal
Truvacre reads every foreclosure filing in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties overnight. By morning you know who owns it, what they owe, and when it sells, with the county document behind every number.
Texas forecloses fast. Most buyers find out last
In Texas, most foreclosures skip the courts. A home can go from posted notice to sold in three weeks. If you're not watching every county clerk every day, someone else gets the deal.

A quick check-in every two weeks. Your feedback decides what we build next.
Every 2 weeksThe best distressed deals in DFW aren't hidden. They're sitting in public records nobody has time to read. We built Truvacre so the people who do this for a living can stop digging and start buying.
Use it, push it hard, and tell us what's wrong with it. That's the deal.

Good to know
Is the beta really free?
Yes. Founding members get full Investor access at no cost for the entire beta. We'll give you plenty of notice before it ends, and your founding rate is locked in if you choose to stay.
How long does the beta last?
We expect a few months while we perfect Dallas–Fort Worth. We'll tell you well ahead of launch, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing a plan.
Where does the data come from?
Public records: county clerk trustee-sale notices, district clerk filings, appraisal district rolls, county tax offices and the HUD Home Store. We match them to each property and check them every night.
Which areas are covered?
Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties today. Houston, Austin and San Antonio are next, and founding members help pick the order.
What do you expect from beta members?
Use it when you're working deals, and give us honest feedback. A short check-in every two weeks is all we ask.
Is it accurate?
Every number shows the document and date it came from, so you can check it yourself. Records can change, and estimates are not appraisals, so always verify title and liens before you bid.
